k3bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and k3bd ("k3bd", "We", "Us", or "the Platform"). • ⛔Automated Betting and BotsThe use of automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or play games without direct human interaction is prohibited. k3bd monitors for unusual betting patterns and reserves the right to void any bets placed using such systems.
• ⛔CollusionColluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating wagers to exploit bonus structures, or any other form of cooperative cheating — is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• ⛔Chargebacks and DisputesInitiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a k3bd deposit — without first contacting k3bd support to resolve the matter — is a breach of these Terms. k3bd will contest all chargebacks and reserves the right to suspend accounts under chargeback investigation.

k3bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) k3bd has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached; (b) account activity raises AML, fraud, or compliance concerns; (c) the player requests self-exclusion; or (d) k3bd determines that continuation of the account poses a legal, reputational, or regulatory risk to the platform.

Upon account closure, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Balances under investigation will be held pending resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k3bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. k3bd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
